N が 欲しいです
欲しい is an -い adjective expressing the wish to have something; the thing wanted is marked with が: 車が 欲しいです (I want a car).

Wishes and purposes

Say what you want (欲[ほ]しい), what you want to do (〜たい) and what you are going somewhere for.

V (ます form) たいです
Dropping ます and adding たい expresses the wish to do the action: 沖縄へ 行きたいです. たい conjugates like an -い adjective (行きたくないです, 行きたかったです). The object may be marked with を or が.
Examples
てんぷらを 食べたいです。
I want to eat tempura.
今日はどこ[へ]も 行きたくないです。
I don't want to go anywhere today.
N (place) へ V に 行きます — purpose
place へ V (ます form)／N に 行きます／来ます／帰ります
に marks the purpose of the trip; it can take a verb stem (泳ぎに 行きます, to go swimming) or an action noun (買い 物に 行きます, to go shopping).
Examples
神戸へインド 料理を 食べに 行きます。
I'm going to Kobe to eat Indian food.
日本へ 美術の 勉強に 来ました。
I came to Japan to study fine art.
どこか／何か — "somewhere, something"
どこか へ ／ 何か を
どこか (somewhere) and 何か (something) turn the question word into an indefinite. The particles へ and を are usually dropped after them: どこか 行きましたか.
Examples
冬休みはどこか 行きましたか。…はい、 北海道へ 行きました。
Did you go anywhere over the winter holidays? …Yes, I went to Hokkaido.
ご〜 — the polite prefix
ご + N (Sino-Japanese)
ご is the counterpart of お for words with Chinese readings: ご 注文 (your order), ご 家族 (your family). Both prefixes show respect for the listener's things.
Examples
ご 注文は？… 牛どんをお 願いします。
What would you like to order? …A gyudon, please.
